I’ve spent 12 years building QuickBooks solutions for small businesses, from custom workflows and integrations to reporting that makes day-to-day operations easier to understand.

My experience spans hands-on implementation, leading and mentoring consulting teams, and working at Salesforce. It taught me to think beyond the initial build: how a system will be maintained, how people will use it, and how it will grow with the business.

For years I’ve worked with service businesses that need more from their systems. Here, I’m applying the same approach to AI: understand the work, compare the options, and put sensible guardrails in place.
